Law of Attraction 30 Day Challenge Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the Law of Attraction 30 Day Challenge!  Yesterday, we covered the importance of belief in the law of attraction.  We looked at a few examples of how people used the law of attraction in their lives to manifest amazing things!  Some manifested cars and some manifested huge sums of money, and you may have read up on how I manifested my trip to California, all the supplies needed to get my photography business started, skateboards, clothes, random checks deposited into my account, people I wanted to meet, opportunities presented and plenty more!  

Since we started this law of attraction challenge, I've actually manifested a number of important people into my life, good luck and timing, and I somehow got approved for a car, even though I didn't fit the position as an eligible candidate last week!  Did I really beat the system with law of attraction?!  I guess so!  I'm so thankful for that!  Has anyone else had any success or noticed themselves getting closer to their manifestations yet?

Today we are going to talk about feeling good.  For the law of attraction to work, you must be feeling good!  If you are feeling bad and are giving off a negative vibe all the time, it will be very hard to manifest anything positive into your life, since you are not being positive yourself.  For the law of attraction to work, you have to already be feeling good and you have to feel like how you would if you already had the thing you want.  You have to match yourself to be on the same level as you would if you already had your manifestation.  You have to feel great!  Check out this video by Christian Suprean talking about what he does to feel good and make the law of attraction work for him.

He made some great points and suggestions on how to feel good in this video!  One thing I am truly a fan of is he mentions telling yourself that things are good.  These are called positive affirmations.  To put it briefly, positive affirmations are short phrases you tell yourself over and over until you eventually really believe in them and they become who you are.  These are so important in changing your mindset from negative to positive.  My personal favorite affirmation is, "Good things happen to me, because I know they will."  And it's true.  Good things do happen to me, just because I know they will.  If you're looking for a more in-depth explanation and examples, visit the Daily Positive Affirmations page.

He also talks about how he listens to audios.  This is something that I try to do every single day.  There are tons of videos and audio files out there filled with positive messages. Listening to these can really put you in a better mood!  I find the best times to listen to them are in the morning while I get myself ready and right before bed, sometimes putting the videos on repeat to listen to them while I'm asleep!  You can listen to them at any time of the day, of course, and the more you listen to them, the more positivity will sink into your head.  Here's one of my favorite audios of positivity and affirmations.

My life has changed drastically from listening to audios like this one!  I used to have a pretty negative mindset, and as a result, I focused on the negative things happening in my life.  I learned to work on being more positive and looking at the good things going on in my life and my life has improved from this an insane amount!  I feel happier and better and without having this positive mindset, I wouldn't have the success that I've had and continue to have with the law of attraction.

Does your unhappiness go deeper than that?

I understand that for some people, there may be a situation that is really taking a toll on their happiness.  Is there something in your life that you feel stuck with that brings you down?  Maybe you're feeling stuck in a job that you hate, or are in a bad relationship.  Let me tell you that you are never stuck!  Seriously!  You can always adjust your situation.  Maybe it would be good for you to take this law of attraction challenge to focus attracting a way to replace your current situation or make it enjoyable.  

There was a point in my life where I was working at a job that I absolutely hated!  It made me miserable and depressed to have to go to work.  I dreaded having to go in and it really brought me down.  This is a true story, check this out.  One day, I decided to really focus on positivity in regards to my workplace.  I thought about all of the good things going on in my life and the (very few) good things that were in my job.  I got myself in a very good mood and started my drive to work.  On my way there, I kept telling myself about how today was going to be a really good day at work.  I focused on that thought the entire way to work and went in with a smile.  As soon as I walked in the door, my manager comes up to me and says I'm being transferred to a different department.  At first I was skeptical about his intentions, but I soon realized this was the law of attraction resonating with my positivity about work.  I ended up getting transferred to a spot with much better and friendlier coworkers and my work load was minimized by a ton!  I even got to keep the same pay as I was getting at the more strenuous and depressing position I was previously working at.  How awesome is that?!

If what is happening in your life is something that you just don't want in your life at all anymore, don't feel like you have no way out.  Remove it from your life and replace it with something that actually makes you happy!  I eventually started to become unhappy with that job again and wrote this page called Remove Everything You Don't Enjoy From Your Life.  Right after I made the page public, I walked into the job and told my boss that I quit!  I'm much happier now and things worked out for me because I was following my heart and doing things I actually enjoyed.

Your Tasks:

  • Reaffirm to yourself that "The law of attraction is real.  It works for others and it can work for me too!"

  • Practice doing things that raise your vibration and make you feel better, happier and more positive, whether it be dancing, going for a walk, watching something funny, or whatever you enjoy doing.  We want to feel great and happy the entire time during this 30 day challenge!  This is important!

  • Write down affirmations that you want to practice for the next 28 days.  As many as you'd like.  Say them before bed and then again when you wake up.  Repeat them at least 10 times each!

  • Make sure you have already Liked the Facebook page and Followed the Google+ page so you will be given access to the link tomorrow when we start Day 3 of The Law of Attraction 30 Day Challenge!
